we produce extra virgin organic olive oil (acidity around 0.2%). olives are produced in our own farm for guaranteed traceability: from production monitoring, harvest, to olive oil extraction. farm is certified organic by ecocert.
olives are harvested by hand by women in the morning, and olive oil is extracted the same day with a cold extraction process for top quality.
olive oil is then decanted in stainless steel barrels before the bottling process / or transport.
