i represent a project of construction of eco responsible real estate. the objective is to participate in the galloping urbanization of african cities by putting forward concrete solutions to the obstacles of the african real estate market, for example by reserving a part of the surface of a district for agriculture and by using local materials. . we are initially targeting rwanda and already have an agreement with the rwandan development bank. the concept is already in a mature stage and we are currently in the fundraising phase. in this respect we are looking for serious investors/partners.
