the procedure is as follows:
buyer sends icpo+passport copy+bcl(bank to bank)
supplier sends back an spa within 24 48h
buyer signs spa if he agrees (performance bond clause included)
seller sends copies of bl, sgs, imo and documentary binder for the opening of the payment facility or blockfunds;
once the payment method is opened the buyer confirms it to the seller through the bank.
the ship is redirected to the port of destination with the original documents transmitted
q&q: the seller carries out its verification by sgs
payment made by mt103.

price is $470 with $10 commission.
