quantities and prices (fob port of sohar sultanate of oman):

12,500 metric tons at us$`500 per metric ton.

25,000 metric tons at us`$490 per metric ton.

50,000 metric tons at us$`480 per metric ton.

contract term:

annual contract with the possibility of renewal by mutual agreement.

prequalification requirements:

the buyer must provide proof of financial solvency and the ability to execute the transaction through a pof or rwa issued by an internationally recognized and accepted bank before the final contract is issued and the required quantities are allocated.

warehouse visits and shipping inspections are also available.
