procedure
1. the buyer issues an icpo containing the seller's transaction procedure with bank details and a scanned copy of the buyer's passport, as well as a tsa for a fuel storage facility for foreigners.

2. the seller issues an ncnda/imfpa and a commercial invoice for the product in their tank at the port. the buyer and the buyer's logistics department sign and return the commercial invoice to the seller.

3. the seller provides the buyer with the following ppop documents, listed below:
a) injection report
b) authorization to sell
c) tank storage receipt (tsr) with gps coordinates
e) authorization to verify the product in the seller's tank (vtt)
f) recent sgs report for the seller's tank

4. the seller affixes their seal and approval to the above ncnda/imfpa, which is signed by all intermediaries involved in the transaction, regarding the commission structure.

5. the buyer's tank is inspected by sgs at the buyer's expense, and the tsr is sent.

6. once the immersion test in the tanks is successful, the product will be immediately injected into the buyer's tanks. the buyer will then pay for the product via mt103. the seller will then transfer ownership of the product to the buyer and pay the commission.
