procedure

after official loi from buyer:

1. supplier issues buyer with full corporate offer (fco)

2. buyer reviews, signs & returns signed fco copy to supplier either by facsimile or by attachment email.

3. buyer issues supplier with irrevocable corporate purchase order (icpo)
supplier will prepare and send the buyer a draft contract for review, negotiation, and eventual agreement.

4. buyer signs and seals the contract and returns it to the seller either by
facsimile or email attachment within 3 working days of the completion of step.

5. buyer will issue a draft sblc mt760

6. seller approves the draft and organizes the video with the buyer company name as a pop (proof of product).

7. buyer issued the irrevocable,operative,transferable and confirmed standby letter of credit mt 760.

8. after verifying the instrument 15 days later,shipment commences as per the contract.

9. documents are supplied.

10.inspection is done by a reputable company designated by the buyer on his expenses.

11.payment by mt 103 is done 72 hours into the nominated seller s bank account after inspection at the destination port.
